MUA Makeup Academy Lipsticks: Pictures, Swatches
MUA lipsticks retail for £1.00 (~$1.58) and come in 16 pigmented shades. These are one of the best lipsticks under $3. All swatches in this post took 2 swipes. The texture is creamy, glides on smoothly, and is pigmented. I have yet to try these out so I don't know about the performance, wear, and hydration of the 9 lipstick shades that I own.
